Depending on the job role(s) you selected during the registration process, you can find product information, access dispensing tools and download marketing materials for use in your practice. You can also access a range of quality CPD and training resources. Some content is restricted by regulation and can only be accessed by those with a suitable job role. <img src="https://assets-eu-01.kc-usercontent.com/7d1fb288-b93d-015d-f61e-abc4dbdfe522/7c552830-73f1-4e72-9bc1-7ccaa218130f/image_1.jpg" alt="woman with a dog"> ### How do I order materials with MyElanco? We've made many of our most popular support materials available to download and will be adding more over the coming weeks and months. Physical copies of some of these items can also be requested through the MyElanco platform. If the item you want to request isn't available from MyElanco, please contact your local Elanco Animal Health Territory Manager. You can locate them by using the ‘Find a contact’ function once logged in. ### How do I keep up-to-date? MyElanco newsletters are emailed monthly to those who have signed up at the bottom of the online registration form. These are specific to your area of interest and contain relevant industry, veterinary and animal health product information. You can manage this option within your MyElanco profile at any time. ### Can I get some help? The MyElanco platform should be easy to use, but if you need some help please check the 'contact us' link to find our email addresses and phone numbers. You can also contact your local Elanco Animal Health Territory Manager for help. ### Can I access rebate information within MyElanco? Some customers (specifically those who receive rebate payments directly from Elanco) can access information about their rebates. However, only those people authorised by the business to do so will be able to view rebate information. We’ll be carefully validating these requests before access to rebate information is granted. ### What’s coming next? We'll be continuously updating MyElanco with additional marketing materials, tools and new educational content.
